Home Visits That Support You
The Bernalillo County Home Visiting Work Group represents home visiting programs that offer FREE personalized home visiting services to children from prenatal to five years in Bernalillo County. We’re here to support parents, caretakers, and families every step of the way. These visits are tailored to meet the needs of parents, caregivers, and children from prenatal to 5-year-olds.
We understand that parenting can be both rewarding and challenging, and we are committed to providing you with the guidance and resources you need for a strong and healthy start.
