Teresa Garza is the Home Visiting Program Manager for YDI’s Parents as Teachers initiative and has spent the past nine years supporting families through high‑quality home visitation services. She brings 25 years of Early Childhood Education experience to her role, grounding her leadership in deep expertise and a long‑standing commitment to the well‑being of young children and their caregivers.

Linda Romero is the Director of Program Operations for the Home Visiting department at CommonSpirit St. Joseph’s Children, bringing over 20 years of dedication to the field of Early Childhood. She has been with CommonSpirit for more than 14 years. For the past decade, Linda has also actively contributed to the Bernalillo County Home Visitor Workgroup, where she holds a position on the Steering Committee.

Angelica Vigil is a co-coordinator for the Bernalillo County Home Visiting Work Group and project manager for the Universal Home Visiting Centralized Intake and Referral System. With a background in healthcare management and federal administration, she brings a strategic and community-focused lens to early childhood initiatives. Angelica holds a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University and lives in Albuquerque with her husband and two children.

Chrisine Hollis is a strategic health communication/social marketing professional, has collaborated with, trained, and assisted community-level coalitions, non-profits, schools, healthcare and government agencies implement a wide variety of successful programs in the U.S. and overseas. Results include: improved maternal/child health in developing nations; increased use of public health services by made-disadvantaged populations; a national social marketing plan to address children’s mental health; and a statewide, stakeholder-driven design to transform/improve New Mexico’s health and medical system.
